Peachtree Home Solutions provides residential home improvement services including foundation repair, waterproofing, crawlspace repair, drainage solutions, and related exterior or structural support services in the Metro Atlanta area.

Every home is different. Final recommendations, pricing, and repair options require an on-site inspection and a written proposal.
2. Inspections and Estimates
Peachtree Home Solutions may offer free inspections or consultations when available. A free inspection does not guarantee that work is required, that all conditions will be visible, or that a final repair plan can be determined without further evaluation.
Any estimate or proposal provided by Peachtree Home Solutions is based on the visible conditions at the time of inspection and the information available to us at that time. Hidden conditions, buried utilities, inaccessible areas, soil conditions, prior repairs, water intrusion, framing issues, or other unforeseen conditions may require changes to the scope of work or pricing.
3. Scheduling and Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the work area. This may include clearing personal items, removing obstacles, unlocking gates or crawlspace doors, securing pets, and making sure utilities or other site conditions do not prevent work from being completed.
Project schedules may be affected by weather, material availability, permitting, utility marking, site conditions, customer delays, or other factors outside of our control.
4. Proposals, Payments, and Project Scope
All work performed by Peachtree Home Solutions must be agreed to in writing through an approved proposal, estimate, contract, invoice, or change order.
Unless stated otherwise in writing, pricing applies only to the specific scope of work listed in the proposal. Additional work, hidden conditions, requested changes, or conditions discovered after work begins may require a revised proposal or change order.
Payment terms, deposits, financing options, warranties, and project-specific conditions will be listed in the written proposal or agreement for each project.
5. Permits, Codes, and Utilities
When permits are required, responsibility for obtaining permits will be addressed in the written proposal or project agreement. Customers are responsible for notifying us of any private utilities, irrigation systems, drainage lines, septic components, low-voltage wiring, invisible pet fencing, or other underground items that may not be located by public utility marking services.
Peachtree Home Solutions is not responsible for damage to unmarked or undisclosed private utilities or underground components unless otherwise required by law.
6. Warranties
Any warranty provided by Peachtree Home Solutions will be listed in the written proposal, contract, or warranty document for that specific project.
No verbal statement, website content, advertisement, or general service description creates a warranty unless it is included in writing as part of the customer’s signed agreement.
7. Photos, Reviews, and Project Content
Peachtree Home Solutions may take photos or videos of project areas for documentation, training, quality control, marketing, or educational purposes. We do not intentionally share private personal information without permission.
Customer reviews, testimonials, and project examples may be used on our website, social media, advertising, or other marketing materials. Reviews must reflect real customer experiences.
